Reservations

Our parks are popular and particularly at peak times of the day, we can be quite busy. In order to ensure a quality experience for each guest we allocate a certain number of tickets to each time slot in the day.

Reservations for activities are recommended - Call 1-888-668-7874 to talk with one of our Guest Service Agents.

For reservations of $500 or less:
full payment is required at the time of the reservation.

Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice, full refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, WildPlay will refund the payment less a $15 handling fee per reserved activity/per guest.

For reservations over $500:
a deposit of 50% of the total value is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due on the scheduled day of activities.

Cancellations with more than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled start time, WildPlay will refund the deposit less a $15 handling fee per reserved activity/per guest. Cancellations with less than 14 days but more than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation by WildPlay:
Guest may reschedule or payment/deposit will be refunded in full.
