Q. What is an Element Park?
A. WildPlay Parks are referred to as "Element Parks" to reflect our desire to connect people with the outdoors and to experience the natural environment. "Element" also refers to each of the varied activities offered at our parks and their components. For example, there are seventy individual elements in the TreeGO park and more generally, a King Swing is just one element of many in a WildPlay Park.
Q. Can I make reservations for an activity?
A. You can make a reservation for an activity, although restrictions may apply if the date you have chosen is a special event day. Activities on special event days are on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are a group of 10 or more guests, who are interested in doing the same activity, you may book a reservation with group sales (1-800-668-7771).
Q. How old do you have to be to do the activities at WildPlay?
A. For Bungy Jumping and the King Swing, you can give it go as young as the age of 12. You must weigh a minimum of 95 lbs (43.1 kgs).
For the Yellow Course in TreeGO, you can be as young as 7, but must be a minimum height of 4’7” (140 cm) to the tips of your fingers with arms raised.
Q. Who has to complete a waiver?
A. Everyone that does any of our activities must complete a waiver. Please note that anyone under the age of 19 must have their waiver forms completed and signed by thier parent or legal guardian.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Canadian or American cash, Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
